DietPlanner is an app that will help you build your daily menú base don how many calories you want to have per day and also what type of food groups you want those calories to be in.
It has a basic list of ingredients that you can use for your menus but the main goal is for you to modify this list or even add the ingredients that you really have on your menus.
It helps and encourages you to look at the labels and créate a list of the ingredients taht you use.. the portions that you will have and that way set up the perfect menu to achief your diet goals.
You can also check previous saved menus and compare. Take control of what you eat and enjoy the results.

Please include any scripts and clear directions, word pronunciations etc.. ahead of time. Also if possible let me know the tone of the piece, happy, sad, upbeat, announcer. I prefer the scripts in Word Doc. or RTF. Links to videos are fine but I will also need a written form of the script included. I will deliver each project in either WAV or MP3. If not specified I will send according to file size. Any changes needed after gig has been submitted not due to a mistake made by me (IE: Mis-pronouncing something) will be considered an additional order. This includes changes in script, tone or tempo not sent in original instructions.
